Booking Your Session

Thank you for choosing to book your session with me. To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, please carefully review the studio policies outlined below before finalizing your appointment.

• Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: All deposits are required to secure your specific date and session time. Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment, your deposit is forfeited, and your time slot will be opened to other clients.
• Artist Rescheduling: In the rare event that I must reschedule or cancel your appointment from my end, your deposit will be fully refunded.
• Design Changes: Once booked, you cannot change your requested design unless the new concept is of greater value than the original booking.
• Final Payment: The full remaining balance of your session must be paid in full before the tattooing process begins.
• Refunds: There are absolutely no refunds on completed tattoo work. Please ensure you have thoroughly reviewed my portfolio and style to confirm I am the right artist for you before booking.

• 24-Hour Rule: Your digital consent form must be signed and submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• ID Requirement: A valid state-issued photo ID is required to be submitted with your form. A copy will be kept securely on file. Failure to complete the form or provide identification within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation, and your deposit will not be refunded.
• Policy Agreement: If you do not agree with any statement within the consent form, services will not be rendered, and your deposit will be forfeited.
• Age Restriction: Per the State of Wisconsin law, individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from getting tattooed. I do not perform underage tattooing under any circumstances, even with parental or guardian consent.

• Grace Period: There is a strict 10-minute grace period for appointments.
• Late Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will either need to reschedule your appointment with a new deposit, or—if my schedule permits me to accommodate you—you will be charged a $45 late fee.
• Strict No-Guest Policy: Due to limited studio space, and out of respect for the comfort and focus of the other working artists and their clients, guests are not permitted in the studio.

• In-Studio Previews Only: Stencils and final designs will no longer be sent out via email, text message, or direct message prior to the appointment. You will be shown your design in person on the day of your scheduled session.
• Revisions: Reasonable revisions that align with your original reference photos and concept can be made on the spot.
• Major Changes: If an excessive amount of design changes are requested on the day of the appointment, the session will need to be rescheduled for a later date, and a new deposit will be required.

• Complimentary Window: Touch-ups are free of charge if they are scheduled and completed within 8 to 12 weeks of your original appointment.
• Late Touch-Ups: Any touch-ups requested after the 12-week window will be charged at 50% of the original tattoo price.
• Exclusions (Hands/Fingers): There are no free touch-ups for finger or hand tattoos. Touch-ups for these high-wear areas will automatically be charged at half the original cost.
• Exclusions (Permanent Makeup): Permanent Makeup (PMU) touch-ups are never free. PMU-specific pricing  can be directly found on the PMU section of the website. 

• Comfort & Access: Please wear comfortable clothing that allows easy, unobstructed access to the area of your body being tattooed.
• Ink Stains: It is highly recommended to wear older clothing or black attire. While I take every precaution to prevent getting ink on your garments, accidents can happen, and I cannot guarantee clothing will remain unstained.
